In cases where customers are not the legal owners of the property then our company will request details for their ability to sell or let the property such as a Power of Attorney.

Namely as a business we collect, use and otherwise process the following data:

Name, address, email, copy of Identification Card or Passport, phone number, title deeds, bank account details, and utility bills.

 

How does our company collect our customers’ personal data?

When a customer contacts our company via email, call centers, post and/or walk – in to our branch office.

 

For what purposes our company uses the personal data collected by our customers?

  • To contact our customers: in cases where our customers are wishing to sell or rent their property then we will need to contact them about organizing viewings and updating them on any offers received or rental applications for their property.
  • To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between our company and our customers and to provide our customers with the information and services requested from them.
  • To notify our customers about changes to our services
  • To facilitate and to enable our customers to partake in a property viewing

  • In cases where customers are selling or purchasing a property and our company acting as agents for the said sale or purchase, then our company will share our customers’ personal information with their appointed advocates or advocate acting for the other side of the deal as is necessary to facilitate the sale or purchase.
  • Our company may share our customers’ personal information with any person working within our company on a need to know basis to ensure that we are able to perform our obligations with the said customers.
  • In the event that our company sell any part of our business or merge with another organization then our customers’ details in our possession may be disclosed to our advisers and to any prospective purchasers or joint venture partners and their advisers.
